MISSION
Our mission is to build confidence and excitement with our students by means of creating a personal and personalized atmosphere where the student feels comfortable and on the same level as the instructor.
Each curriculum is individual to the student whereas many other schools use a universal book or method for everyone.
We approach each student as a friend as well as one who should know their fundamentals of musicianship.
When we hire a new instructor it is only after we have met with them in person and determined whether their personality is on par with their credentials. If someone graduated from all the top universities but is difficult to work with, we will not place them on our roster.
It is this approach that has resulted in over 5100 lessons given since May 2005 and an average retention rate of more than 1/3 of a year per student!
